Frequently Asked Questions
Are your caregivers trained and qualified?
Yes, all our caregivers undergo comprehensive training and background checks. They are experienced in providing companionship, personal care, and other essential services to seniors. We prioritize hiring compassionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
How are meals handled for participants with dietary restrictions?
We accommodate various dietary needs and restrictions. Our meals are carefully planned, and our staff works closely with participants and their families to ensure that individual dietary preferences and requirements are taken into consideration.
What if my loved one requires medical attention?
While our caregivers are trained to provide basic assistance, they are not medical professionals. In case of medical emergencies, we will promptly contact you and, if necessary, seek appropriate medical assistance.
Can I visit the facility before enrolling my loved one in the program?
Absolutely! We encourage families to visit our Adult Day Care facilities. It provides an opportunity to meet our staff, explore the environment, and ask any questions you may have. We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident in the care we provide.
